From the smallest extension to newbuild developments, design is what we love to do! From sketch design ideas right through to dealing with builders on site we will help you through the process of extending your home or your portfolio. We will guide you through the permissions required, help you to find the right builder and our favourite part is making sure that the design is just right for you. Our aim is to transform your home by listening carefully to your dreams and aspirations and turning them into the best solution for your new space.
All of our projects receive the full individual attention of our principal designer, Colin Logan. Colin has gained an enviable depth of experience and knowledge within many areas in the construction sector since graduating from the University of Greenwich in 1992. Having gained design experience in his family’s well-renowned Architects practice he progressed to work in a wide variety of senior positions within the construction industry, from building surveyor to Project Manager and Building Control Officer. Since establishing 9yards his depth of knowledge has increased even further through undertaking projects and joint ventures with private developers, working closely with Planning Service and Building Control.
